I have serious sinus problems and my head stays plugged up all the time. Usually I can only wear one at a time or I get serious head aches from them. Mine have adjustments on them, push a button on aid for wind noise, high noise areas like restaurants, low noise so you can hear better and normal. Like search says once you get them adjusted then you have to wear them to get used to it. They make a big difference.
