EB in your flash of wisdom on Az and Fl law please point out just exactly where you read these two laws. I would like for you to post them word for word with the web site that you found them on. I am waiting ( but I sure won't hold my breath). Just show us how really smart you are.

He is incapable of repeating a story and just rewrites it to fit his thoughts. Kinda like MSNBC editing tapes so as to change the original intent to fit their own Liberal minds.

so your solution is to let em kick your door down and comply to the same ones who "solve"their own crimes?...not saying all cops are bad but the ones who "solve crimes"them selfs will get no compliance from me......why put yourself at the mercy of such a lunitic?......can you reason w/em?........dpnt bury your head in the sand and let your self be vicitimized.......

Rights or no rights facing down someone who has busted into my home with guns loaded and drawn, and there will not be just one of them, when we are talking police, and very likely they will also have swat squad backup out side including a sniper, that is just plain dumb to my way of thinking, a very good way to end up in a coffin, no matter how much heat you keep around. That's all I'm saying. That's just common sense.

And the increasingly conservative courts are giving them more and more legal backing to do just that so that even clean cops can be doing this under some conditions. I think I will try to live to nail those who abuse their police status in other ways and work to get them tossed and in their own legal trouble which I can only do if I live through this kind of situation. I see nothing to be gained to give anybody, especially more than one them, all highly trained in lethal weapons, any good reason to shoot at me first nor to shoot up my house either.

Cops on duty don't ever break in alone; so if you shoot one you gotta get them all. Remember that, you will be out gunned in every case, and even if you are successful you will be hunted down. Who will be around to do anything for your family then!

BTW Indiana has the death penalty. You guess wrong or just plain get unlucky that is where you end up for capping a cop no matter what rights you may have or how you claim them.

Not to mention the MAIN QUESTION: WHY would the police bother to come kicking in the door of your "Average Joe"? from most everything I`ve ever read about "bad' cops there is generally only 1 of 2 reasons. The 1st is plain old fashion robbery. And in most cases, no, they didn`t bring a warrent, but they DIDN`T invite the local SWAT Team either to witness their crime, and actually being in UNIFORM might be inappropriate for that sort of late night / early morning activity. The 2cnd reason was shaking down/ ripping off drug dealers. Am sure this is likely the most common reason for a cop in uniform to illegally bust down doors. So just "Say NO" and don`t start dealling illegal drugs and likely you`ll be fine.
