That is the one crime that police officers always "solve", whatever the legalities involved. It also pays to remember that officers almost never enter a house alone. So you gotta cap at least two of them or the second will certainly get you in "self-defence". And in most cases that will be the only justification he needs. Your relatives will play hell trying to get it taken any further, but by then it won't matter to you anyway. When they have to force an entrance, they do it with guns out, too. They come in ready for trouble, trouble they are trained to handle besides.

The Indiana law is just one more wasted legislative effort, more essentially meaningless paper.

Am NO great "fan" of Gov`ts, OR anyone who generates "paperwork". By the same token, there are "governments" and then there are assuredly sorry (deleted) excuses of gatherings of just plain whole heartedly UTTERLY EVIL and ruthless murderous regimes that care not 1 wit about anyone in those countries other than their own immediate family members and supporters. Syria comes immediately to mind, as was Libya, and of course Iraq. Sad (deleted) Insane`s famous quote comes to mind when asked about his fear of sanctions: "If EVERY Iraqi citizen must die to enable me to retain power, that is ACCEPTABLE..." The truelly horrific thing was HE SINCERELY MEANT THAT, and regularly killed ANYONE friend or foe whom he feared. The whole Iraqi government was 1 HUGE criminal enterprise. And forgive me if I can`t get over listening to people say "OH ! We REALLY have it "BAD" here..." REALLY? Forgive me if think that you REALLY NEED to go visit Pakistan, or Burma, or Viet Nam, North Korea, Cuba, ect for 1 yr and then get back with me. (Any takers ?)

Accurately, how`d we get from "legally' shooting police officers in uniform on duty to discussing a change of locale where about EVERY police officer and anyone in power is simply a legitiment and deputized carreer criminal ? Seriously was trying to introduce some prospective here. ARE there "crooked" cops in America ? Surely there are, just as there are corrupt politicans, shady lawyers, greedy judges and amorale CEOs with "golden cargo parachutes" who`d loot and destroy their own companies while giving each other such HUGE bonuses that even the very stout cargo parachutes fail, sending themselves plummeting to richly deserved deaths. And the crooked cops have a "special" problem...MOST do eventually get caught and tried and sentenced to PRISON. Many choose suicide; it`s VERY HARD on a "dirty" cop to do any time, let alone yrs...

Yes EB I am against anyone violating my civil rights and if a policeman (or policewoman) breaks into my house without a legal warrant , then I have the right to protect my family. I know, I know you only believe the government (who's teet you suck on everyday of your life) has any rights in this country. That's exactly what happen to Germany under Hitler because people like you don't believe in people rights vs government rights.

So does this mean that you are against the Az law that allows the cops to stop Hispanics for no reason, and others laws that single out Blacks as with what happened in Florida?? Are you saying those laws are against those peoples civil rights. Or is it just your civil rights that your worried about??? EB

EB in your flash of wisdom on Az and Fl law please point out just exactly where you read these two laws. I would like for you to post them word for word with the web site that you found them on. I am waiting ( but I sure won't hold my breath). Just show us how really smart you are.
