Thread: Fair or Foul?

So North Carolina wants to go big time with hosting a National Crappie League tournament Feb. 7-8 on High Rock. This is a big national 2 day event with TV coverage and entry fees of $300 and $400. But they have off limits north of shrine club. The beauty of High Rock is the different ways and options it can be fished. Fair or Foul?
