Blugras is right just get the non waterproof lights its all sealed any way. He's the one that showed me how to make them.But don't go fishing with him he will make you use dead minnows.
The LED's you want to buy are 5m long you can get the clear tubes at Lowes look where they keep the florescent bulbs.
