Interesting post. I have to say that I don't post a lot. But I have learned a lot from this web site. I don't catch as many fish as some, but maybe more than others. Either way, I would enjoy running into some of the members on occasion and if I was catching em, I'll tell them how I did it. But that's just me! I would bet that most of the members feel the same way.

This whole thread seems pointless to me. Another member asked you some questions. Probably just being friendly, but you took it as being "drilled". Just don't answer questions you don't want to answer. Putting it out here is pointless. It's your choice to answer questions or ignore them.

Then you say you aren't "meaning to sound like a prick"......I think everyone can make up their own minds about that as time goes on. As far as "other" sites, I can't speak for them, but the members on this site aren't "worrying (following) about what you're doing". If someone asks where you're going to be, it's because they will stop to say hello if they see you, not follow you or keep you from fishing.

    Lighten up.

I just keep going back and reading the original post,,,, man I just dont get it,,,, why would anyone want to be that way.... oh well just let it be Michael you do not want to get into a p contest with a self proclaimed pickle.... would be kinda hard to stop and help a guy like that,,, I guess I would, but sure would not ask him how he's doing when we get to the ramp...... to busy fishing to talk,,,, wow must be .....think it don't say it. If it will help your cause so you can be a bit more relaxed. I will try to get a mess of fish and give them to you so you can visit a bit....

I never mind meeting new or old members of CDC on land or water. I think most of us agree that we can catch a fish most anytime but it isnt every day you get to spend a few minutes talking with friends we havent seen in awhile on the water. I had to quit posting about future trips or locations I'm fishing due to all the lurkers that arent members and just looking for the handouts on where the fish are at too. If anyone is struggling on the water and i can help 'em then I do so in PM's instead of over the open boards.

My avatar was once me in my boat on the water but I had to change that too. I had a few people that I didnt know (nor were they members or interested in becoming members here) flag me down and ask where to fish cause they "read" CDC and they knew who I was. I've also had a few follow me from the ramp and sorta crowd in on my space if ya know what I mean. But in the end....everything has a way of working out if you wont let it get under your skin.

All I know is I like it when members stop and talk, meet good folks that way, and I know that if I ever had an issue out on the water and a boat came buy and saw my crappie.com sticker I think they would at least slow down to see if I needed help. Why? Because thats the good natured folks we got on here.

I love you all! (no homo)
