    That's really cool stuff. We're running short on oldtimers here too. Lost my grandpa last nite. I've got some of stuff of his that I can take out and look at, and remember. He gave me an old metal compass a few years ago that he carried for years fox and coon hunting. The paint is wore off from use. I use it duck hunting in the woods now, very neat to have something with that kind of history with you.

    Sorry to hear TT. That compass has a value above and beyond currency. I have a few momentos of my Granddad's too that will stay with me.
    I took 12 of my Grandma and Grandpa's lures and made a shadow box clock out them. Attached them with thread so they wouldn't be damaged. Was a very theraputic project for me. Golly I miss them.
