Brown's was on a list I got from the internet and we drove by there two weeks ago and it's closed and the property is for sale.

Maybe you can open a good place at the Old Brown's location and then we'd have a good place to go!

We'll be going through Sedalia on our way down to Bucksaw (have to go through Warsaw now due to them working on a bridge on C highway between Lincoln and Highway 7) on Friday evening. I'll wave when we drive past Kehde's. :p

We've never tried Dickie Doo's. There's always some cars there though.

There is a fairly new place called Bacon's Smokehouse that I went to. I had a pulled pork samich and it was pretty good. Just take my advice and don't eat it in the car... it can be a real mess. It is near the State Fair grounds in a little strip mall, but not on the 65 Highway side and I forget the name of the street it's on.

is it beside that Mexican restaurant? If so, I've noticed that but never tried it.

    Thanks!

Biffles is good. Used to stop there when fishing the Conservation ponds on Hwy 23.

SO AM I, I DIDN'T GET ANY BREAKFAST OR LUNCH, WIFE IS PICKING UP SONIC TONIGHT.

HEY NOVICE WE HAD A BANDANAS DOWN HERE IN SPRINGFIELD AND I LIKE THEIR BBQ SO IF THERE IS ONE IN SEDALIA IT WOULD BE AT THE TOP OF MY LIST FOR SURE. IF PW58 AND I BOTH AGREE IT IS USUALLY A WINNER! SHE LOVED IT WHEN I TOOK HER OVER THERE FOR DINNER ONE NIGHT.

We tried one in Columbia and it was good but not great, but I realize that varies from chef to chef. The El Camino Real in Clinton has fabulous food and the one in Warsaw isn't anything to brag about in comparison. Will give it a try, though. Thanks for the tip.
