I know it's out of the way but Perry Fosters in Warrensburg is real good.

Crappie Novice, Browns is not closed, you may have been looking at the property next door. Browns isn't open on Mondays if you happened to hit there then. It looks like a converted drive in just to the east of that vacant property. And as much as I think OSS is totally infallible (:D), will disagree with his opinion, we think its ok, not the world's best but ok and reasonably priced.

Kaz, is it better than the Chuck Wagon BBQ on Highway 7? Give me something to compare it to. What is Brown's specialty if any?

    Thanks for your help.

Chuck Wagon gets high marks from people, never been there in our short time here. We've done sandwiches mostly at Browns, pork and beef. Live just a few blocks from there so tend to spur of the moment which pretty much sums up my life. We like their breakfasts and killer homemade cinnamon rolls although the BOSS cafe on 7/13 just north of Wal Mart stop light is well thought of for breakfast also. Not in Clinton or Sedalia but if you ever want BBQ to leave home over do LC's BBQ on Blue Parkway in Kansas City.

Perry Fosters does nothing but BBQ

Bandanna's in Sedalia is the only one of that chain I've been to but we've eaten lunch there 3 or 4 times and the five of us will go back,,,,, multiple times.

Thanks for the info, Tommy. I'm going to make a little black book of recommended restaurants. :p
