It is not a pontoon but mrbaker has a very nice Tracker V16 for sale well worth the money. It would be an excellent boat for kids with out giving up the fishability. It is listed with pictures on the off topic forum.

I'm currently looking for a good, used pontoon in the 20 to 22 foot range. I've always had fiberglass bass boats, but as I get older and with the kids, I wanted something a bit more comfortable and versatile, plus, mama will be happier with one!

big wide deep alwelded here... easy to pull, easy to clean, easy on gas
I have had both and they both have pro's and con's. I prefer glass boats though. I am going to have to change my screen name now! Picking up a 2007 Procraft Friday (depending on the snow!). I am 100% a Bass Cat guy (have owned four) but sometimes there are deals out there so good that you have to convert for a couple of years to another brand!
big lakes....fiberglass.....small waterways....aluminum.....or fiberglass for multi-purpose.....just remember...it is a fishing boat....DO NOT get a white boat or you will spend all your time cleaning....I love my F & S windshield on the cold days.....my 19' has a large front deck...

RETIRED LOUISIANA CRAPPIE HUNTER
I'm on my 1st boat right now. Picked it up for a song in the spring. 1974 16' Starcraft Viking w/ '69 Evinrude 85 horse V4. This boat is a Frankenstein that my buddies brother-in-law modified. Originally was a runabout or ski boat that he gutted the bow on and built front and rear platforms which have "bass boat" seats. It has two of the original seats remounted so they sit down low and he added a drivers console. It has about a 40 gallon livewell mounted in between the "travel" seats. It's rather narrow and really tight to move around in but it flies across the water and sometimes can freak out passengers. Mama doesn't like to ride in it when I got it wide open but I like it a lot. It gets blown around like a sailboat in the wind but doesn't mind bouncing off rocks, trees and docks. Lots of times I'll just let it drift into shore and fish from the bank if the wind is being really contrary. I still think I'd like to upgrade to a nice big fiberglass boat but hang onto the "lifeboat" for hunting shrooms on the river banks in the spring. She does a pretty good job of yanking the tube if it gets too hot to fish and you want to cool down.
Proof is in the pictures. Top is nine and bottom is Slabbenstein!
Here's my rig it comes with all the extras!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a 2008 Legend SS 1852 aluminum flat bottom jet with a 115/80 Etec. I runthe Gasconade and Osage Rivers a lot and require a jet. It sucks on the lake if its rough but gets the job done. My only wish is to eventually upgrade to an 1860 with a 175+hp outboard jet. The extra width is really nice and the little bit of extra speed is always nice. I would get the exact same layout as my current boat except get three seat bases on the front and back deck.
one that everything works on it and it stays afloat.
