Well been a resident of Jack Town area all my life. Grandfather was an expert crappie fisherman. He fished the oxbow lakes of Natchez and Vicksburg area in the 40's,50's and 60's before he died of hear attack at a boatlaunch in 69. I have been fishing all my life. Mostly pond stuff. Now have boat and am learning the ropes. Proud to say I have proper LAUNCH ETIQUITE. Have tried the REZ, Eagle and Chotard with little luck. Love reading the threads on here

Hi guys been fishing all my life just got in to crappie fishing the last few years at the spillways and just got a boat so have been on here alot thought I would join and hopefully learn some stuff and make some friends.

Hey folks! I have been sittin back and enjoying reading the forums for the past several weeks. I have decided to join in on the action. Seems to be alot of good advice and hospitality floating around here. I started crappie fishing the big waters about 5 years ago and cant go a spring without it. I live in Southaven and mainly fish Sardis and Butla during the spring and early summer. I am strictly a single poler dedicated to the jig tipped with the minna most of the time. Never trolled but thinkin of giving it a whirl to give me something to do for the summer and fall. Im looking forward to getting to know you all.
