I run a 100 ah 36v lithium on my trolling motor. I kept I deep cycle 12 volt as a spare in my boat along with the 12 volt motor battery. There’s also a set of jumper cables and a jump pack. I’ve had my electronics run the starting battery too low to start the motor. Now I have a spare in the boat just in case
