Now, the moral of the story is that shouldn't we leave something up to those that are qualified and already doing a great job alone, and give support to them as well....

Don't want to take any sides on this issue but I have heard one of the wardens say that the biologists recommended a 3 poles limit but the public cry for 5 poles was so overwhelming that they decided that 4 was a happy medium. It's not always about what's best but it IS about money.
