14 inch limit with 15 max fish per boat thats 30 fillets who needs more than that for a dinner. Fresh fish is better than frozen anyday. Do that for 2 yrs and bam fish size fixed I remember in the 90s you could catch 30 2lbers quicker than you can catch 10 12 inch fish now. We are catching all the dang 12 or better fish out of the lakes thats why there are so many shorts.

    Big Andy,

I'm going to send over a few wildlife biologists to your place of business for a few days. Since they know roofing, roofing sales, and what it takes to get the job done I figure they are rightfully suited for the job. They will be advising and taking over all sales, quotes, customer follow ups, deliveries, job site visits, and after sales customer service.
These biologists know how to roof too. They saw a weekend snap chat roofing class available and decided that was a great career change. Since sales are down and these guys and gals are qualified after that weekend course, you will not be needed anymore.
But, they said there were some fisheries biologists jobs coming open, and since you are qualified you should be shoe in for any of those jobs!

Now, the moral of the story is that shouldn't we leave something up to those that are qualified and already doing a great job alone, and give support to them as well....

If it ain't broke don't go and try to fix it...

Don't want to take any sides on this issue but I have heard one of the wardens say that the biologists recommended a 3 poles limit but the public cry for 5 poles was so overwhelming that they decided that 4 was a happy medium. It's not always about what's best but it IS about money.

Never understood the pole limit regulation, 15 fish is 15 fish, 2 poles, 3 poles, 10 poles. it don't matter.

Then why do you fish with them? Swap them out if you feel that way. ???

Just because a limit doesn't mean they want or expect everyone to catch that many.

OK then. I'm thinking this is going a little South (over all, not pickling on the latest post). I'll be closing the thread now. Thank you all for your participation. Have a great day and go out there and catch some fish.
