Big Andy,

I'm going to send over a few wildlife biologists to your place of business for a few days. Since they know roofing, roofing sales, and what it takes to get the job done I figure they are rightfully suited for the job. They will be advising and taking over all sales, quotes, customer follow ups, deliveries, job site visits, and after sales customer service.
These biologists know how to roof too. They saw a weekend snap chat roofing class available and decided that was a great career change. Since sales are down and these guys and gals are qualified after that weekend course, you will not be needed anymore.
But, they said there were some fisheries biologists jobs coming open, and since you are qualified you should be shoe in for any of those jobs!

Now, the moral of the story is that shouldn't we leave something up to those that are qualified and already doing a great job alone, and give support to them as well....

If it ain't broke don't go and try to fix it...

We are catching all the dang 12 or better fish out of the lakes thats why there are so many shorts.
