    I'm with Snubbys on this. I think something's wrong with your existing batteries. Are they older and nearing the end of there life span or is something else pulling them down so soon? You shouldn't need any more than a set of 24 volt batteries in my opinion, especially if they are of good size and properly maintained.

    Nothing wrong with my batteries. The issue is twofold:

    1. Boat really way too big to be fishing in the jungle. But it is what it is. And it ain't all bad. I can get up and walk around my boat and fish "stuff" once I nose in.
    2. I'm having to use a lot of juice just dealing with logs, vines, etc. It ain't like trolling in open water. Trust me, I'm back in the jungle! I have to run it high speed just to get thru that stuff. Get up and push my way thru, etc. I'm catching a LOT of fish but it ain't easy but my kind of fishing. Love it.

    And those rod holders are from the guy I bought it from. First thing I did was take all that crap off!!!
