I like that the front deck doesn't extend all the way to the console and you have some room down in the boat to move around or mount rod holders for pulling or long lining. The multi-species deep V's have it behind the cockpit where the rear deck would be on a bass boat but most bass boats these days extend the front deck all the way to the console now and have big rear decks with no room behind the seats, the layout in your boat seems to have the best of both worlds and in a bass hull rather than a deep v. Tracker used to make a similar aluminum boat that was like a hybrid between a deep v multi-species and a bass boat that I always liked, I think it was called Tournament v18 All Fish. It was a v hull but not very deep, like a hybrid of a deep v and a mod v.
