We got 3lbers up North too. We keep them in the aquarium lol Honestly it was only a couple of yrs ago a guy caught one over 3 at Banner Marsh in Fulton County We have them just hard to get permission to fish private strip mine lakes

That is just awesome! I can expect to catch a couple two pound fish around here in a season, I'm sure there is guys that do better than that, and I could to if I got to fish more. Lol. Just the thought of knowing that I have a good chance of catching several fish over two lbs and maybe one close to three...... Just makes me smile!
