I contacted the C.O.E.. about their permit /rules . I already knew there is no way to be in violation of title 36 . There are no game / fish laws . The corps has no intention of regulating a tournament . T he permit is the same for any tournament(BASS, CRAPPIE,CATFISH ) . Redman, c.c, or even a local church tournament . Each group regulates the amount of fish you can weigh in , not the C.O.E. They don't care if you weigh in 1- state limit . This allows them to only have "one " permit . The part about not to exceed state limits is the maximum a club/organizer can allow . Their stance is you are (as a club) responsible for setting your weigh in number .

I dont care who contacted who you can weight in as many fish that you want but Arkabutla field office wants live fish returned to the lake how hard is it to follow what they want done. My name is on the permit and there is a fine up too $5.000 that i cant afford and im sure noone wants to help pay so i would appreciate it if yall would just follow the rules and i dont care whos brothers. Cousin's. Nephew at the corp said you can do what you want follow the rules that i posted. I can tell you this is the last time i get this permit.
