A. The tournament staging area and the primary/ secondary weight-in stations.
must be located on government property within a recreation area that
possesses a boat ramp. The designated recreation area(s) for this event
will be Hernando Point. Adimission to view the event (weigh-in) will be
open to the general public without discrimination on the grounds of race,
color, religion, national orgin, sex, or age

B. Tournament participants , during tournament hours will only
have im possession at all times the maximum number of fish the
tournament allows for weigh-in,not to exceed any State of Mississippi
daily creel limits and/or violate any State of Mississippi fishing rules or
regulations.

C. All live fish will be returned back into project waters. In order to
accomplish this goal, weigh-in stations will be located as neat as possible
to the previously designated boat ramp(s) and the weigh-in process will be
accomplished in a reasonable and timely manner. Dead fish will not be
returned to project waters and the premitte and/or tournament organizer
will have the right to detemine how the expired fish will be dispersed
among tournament participants and/or non-profit organization, with non-
profit organizations being the preferred selection.

D. Non-adherence to the above special provisions will be in direct violation of
this permit and title 36 rules and regulations. Failure to comply may
result in a mandatory appearance before a Federal Magistrate and/or a
fine of up to $5,000 in additions to future requests by the
group/organization being denied.

I know these rules cause i am holding them in my hand i suggest yall follow them at Arkabutla on 9-20-14

I can just hope that folks have enough respect for the Rules, Me and the Fruit Jar series to obey the rules
