No but this does explain all of the 11 7/8 fish in the spring of 2012. By the fall the keepers were starting to show up and 2013 was a phenomenal year. I have not been on Enid yet this year but from most reports I received it was a pretty good spring. My question would be where is this concern last year when the fishing was great? Seems folks only have these concerns when the fishing is not to their liking.
