Ok we have had a little discussion and some good laughs, but it's all good.
But till we find out what percentage of fish the fishermen are taking out of the lake the discussion is a mute point, right?
Just say the fishermen take 15% of the legal fish out of the lake and 15% stay in the lake, some die off and 50% go out of the outlet channel at Enid, if this is the case then the fishermen, how many poles they use is irreverent wouldn't you say?
No if the fishermen are taking 30% and the rest of the numbers are the same then maybe limits need to be changed?
But yet again it goes back to these lakes are for flood control, the fishing is a bonus, we have all heard this, right?
I was hoping someone on here knew the estimated number that the fishermen take out of the lake each year. If I had more time I would research it.
Anyway, I will follow the rules whatever they may be, even though it gets confusing sometimes from lake to lake. But it's all good, any day I'm above ground and get to fish and not have to work is a good day.
Yall gentlemen carry on, and Wannabe as well.
It's CRAPPIE season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
