Been using Mono since '09... Don't see the need for it... Pulled from Holiday east to Hurricane and back at Championship and didn't lose a crank bait..

Depends on where you fish. The corp lakes.. The few times ive fished them...I dont see a need for it because not as much structure.... Barnett on the other hand...... It won't take you long to realize you'd rather swap out some hooks than buy crankbaits

Agree with Dee, fished IN the timber at Sardis 2 weeks ago and lost 10 baits in 2 days. All relative to where you are fishing.

Loosen that drag a touch, as soon as you hang give it slack.. We got hung several times and they all came off... Straightened a few hooks.. 15lb Offshore Angler is some tough stuff

The main reason I like braid is you can see the rod tip bouncing better and when you get trash on the hooks of the crank, you can tell somethings got it fouled. Not so much with Mono

Line whip is a problem with braid. If you ever get em tangled and knotted, you will have answered your question.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
