COE is a federal agency that built these lakes and I believe people from all over the US pay taxes to keep them up. Plus the out of staters buy license that go to the state to improve our fishing. I have lived in MS my whole life and still can't believe how shallow thinking some of these people can be. I guess I will not go to mountains are FL beaches anymore sense I am a out of stater!
