Is there a list of where all the past crappie camps have been held? Ive only been around long enough to be at one. Last springs camp was about the time i joined.

There are other places on Hardy that would work, the only thing about Brower is its centrally located on the river witch makes it probably the better choice
With having it later in the spring outing any northern water would be good timing for the spawn bite
I'm not opposed to go further north the only draw back is we will loose some of are southern friends , I still know were I would vote
It's a majority thing. If the majority wants a certain place? Then that should be where it's held at. Rich, I guess it's up to you how to handle it. There's always going to be people that have dogs, and people that have to drive the farthest. That's just my input on it.
Let's see if this old brain can recollect...First one: Hudson Lake SRA; second: Gun Lake; third: Wixom lake; fourth: Ionia SRA; fifth: Randall chain-of-lakes; sixth: Martiny lakes ; seventh: Hamlin lake ; eighth: Cadillac/Mitchell lakes; ninth: Hardy Pond. I think that's all of them, but not positive of the order. Did I miss any???
Like I said, there are plenty of other campgrounds on the Pond. Here's a link to one that I looked at before we decided on Brouwer: http://www.countyofnewaygo.com/ParksAndRecreation.aspx.
This one has group area/rates that might be just the ticket to get everyone together too, and they allow pets. Give them a call Rich
Thanks Don. Just what was needed. I'll shoot them a call when I get back in my office on Monday.
Not sure but I think Martiny was fifth, Randall sixth, Cadillac seventh, Hamlin eighth, hardy ninth, Houghton tenth.
See I knew I was missing one...at least. rotfl

Just for those of you who have an obsessive navigational disorder like me, there's the link to google maps and Sandy Beach CG on Hardy.
Thanks Don. Sandy Beach looks real good.
I'll send a PM to Alboy and see if he can help set something up for us at this campground. As soon as we get a confirmation number, We will post the information.
