I am so forgetful I always put my plug on trailer hitch, at the lock so far I haven't forgot it yet. Almost lost my i-pilot remote left it on the bumper.

As far as drain plugs go? The first time we used our boat we found out it came without a plug. Had went and parked the truck and was backing away from the dock when Sandy said-Where's all this water coming from? I knew right away and headed for the dock. Got out of the boat and jogged to the truck, got the trailer in the water, got the boat on it, but it was almost too close to bottom to get the trailer under it. We got the boat out, and soon had a plug for it. Think I've forgotten it a couple other times.
The little explorer I drove up to Crappie Camp wasn't up to the task of pulling the new boat. So I found this beauty on Craigslist cheap...

I tried out the tad pole from Offshore Tackle on Thursday, although no fish to show yet I think I will be using it lot. I like the way it woks.
Hitting the water tomorrow, for the first time inn the new boat.
Well we didn't sink it. Everything worked as it should. Motor runs great. Trolling motor worked good. Even the old fish finder marked fish for us.
Top speed on the boat was 24mph with two of us in it. Then my old man got out and top speed was 30:Rofl
So note to self... If I need to win a boat race, leave the old man on shore:biggrin
LOL
