I keep hearing this forecast by meteorologist that calls for heavy lake effect snow before Thanksgiving. They say with the great lakes so warm and a cold air pocket up in Canada that has the potential of dropping down on us, the chance for this is pretty good.

I hope for Larry and Sandy's sake this holds off until they get off for down south.

Well YD, you got me worried, so I moved the date up to the 18th of Nov. instead of the 26th. I've been watching that cold front stuff on a weather site. They do say between the 15Th. and 30th. of Nov. we could get "hammered" so, we changed plans. Thanks for the heads up on it.

Yeah I listen to Michigan Public Radio while driving to/from work and they had this meteorologist on there a couple of times saying the same thing. I got my blower mounted to my tractor this weekend and the barn all cleaned up and ready for the fifth wheel. Might be a good decision to leave a bit earlier...hey, now you might have some time to fish on the way down. I got a list of nice lakes that you might want to visit.

I would like that-except you have to buy a fishing license in every state, the one in Ms. is about $50 a piece. I wonder if they give out of state seniors a break on it? Probably not.
