You may not want to feed the Bass, if that's the case. If you change the feeding habits (prey) of the Bass, and get them to leave the Bluegill alone (more or less), then you might end up with bigger Bass but smaller Bluegill. Putting any kind of soft rayed fish in, for the Bass to eat, can turn them away from the spiny rayed Bluegill as their primary prey.

Bigger Bass is what I am trying to achieve ... as far as the law ... I am not a real fan of the Oregon Dept. Fish & Wildlife .... Being a life long Oregonian .... and hunter and fisherman all my life .... NO , better stop here .... could go all nite on why I don't like the ODF&W ... and NO , I have never been arrested ....
