Our questions reveal a lot of the inanity and dumb-firetruckery we were subjected to in the past on other sites. Slab's process seems to be about as user-friendly as we can get. Quick "for what it's worth": I started the first ever Helpdesk at WW Grainger in the early 1980's. I previously had been a mainframe computer operator. It was a great job, met and helped so many people, in fact I met my wife while helping the VP of IT on an issue. Best day of my life. Anyway, it was a great spring board. I figured out what the best jobs were, and then worked my way into becoming a Mainframe Systems Programmer. Great career which also led to me hiring Adam, who taught me tons about Unix/Linux and now heads our conversion effort here on Crappie.com. Life is good.
