the extreme heat is a beast , my body can't take it like it used to , I have to take ac breaks during most of my outside activities this time of year, one thing for sure , lots and lots of cold water needs to be with me or I will quit the outside thing and go find me some cold water in quick fashion ....this is a fact ....
