I had no idea that stuff existed. I have been Gator-aiding it and would rather not get the carbs to metabolize while trying to cool down. thanks for posting.

If you fish, don't drink. If you drink don't fish. Unless of course if you have a death wish.

We also add Drip Drop to a bottled water early in the day to get a jump on the certain electrolyte loss that will take place due to the profuse sweeting that happens in the humid heat of the day.

Drip Drop is found at Walgreens or other drug stores. It’s an over the counter electrolyte supplement powder that works very fast.

I did in fact drink one can of DP on ice as my electrolyte replacement ......
on the more serious side , I needed it for the sugar and caffeine to keep up the pace at the end of the day .....just saying

I've been making my own electrolyte drink mix lately. Works well and easy to adjust and flavor. Lots of recipes on YouTube. Redmonds salt, Magnesium, Potassium, Lime powder, Lemon powder and Stevia. Mix with water when needed.

Redmonds Salt and Crystal Light lemonade does the trick for me. I drink it before I get out!

I drink a lot of cool water when out, and make sure I get around 6 oz of Dill Pickle Juice to stave off any cramps. Don't know how or what, but it works. If your unfortunate and get some muscle cramps a couple swallows and they're gone.
