Black blue chartreuse probably the number one

I’ll use it in full light if they stop biting black and chartreuse. I wouldn’t even go if I didn’t have black and chartreuse, never fails me in the am.
If you use purple most the time, that's why the colors you mentioned aren't working. It's hard to switch from what you know.

Two of my favorite combos work the murky water are cajun cricket with a pink head and black and pink witha orange head. When it gets super muddy we sometimes just increase the size of our baits .

I've caught squat on electric chicken jokers, but pink is a big color for me on stained or muddy water.

I have found that crappie like most things are weird.... one year I may just catch the heck out of fish on one color and then all of a sudden not catch another one on that particular color. I have had my best luck recently in muddy water (Grenada) on orange and char and green and char... in the years past couldn’t hook myself using these colors....a couple years back it was black and pink then brown and char then white and char... I can’t figure it out. I have decent luck with pink and char if the water is slightly stained a certain shade and it’s sunny out. But even that’s only certain conditions
