I use the same Recipe except , 1 cup of flower. The wife has a small tablespoon size scoop made like an Ice Cream scoop. It drops round balls in the deep frier with the Peanut oil for Cooking fish and fries.. the balls float to the top when cooked. I forgot that our Recipe calls for a small chopped onion.
