Im thinking you have all the things to be in compliance with wildlife and fisheries. here are a few things I take in case you get stuck after dark. Insect spray, toilet paper , something to start a fire. Maybe a couple Throw away poncho's. Flash light. Small first aid kit. Also a set of wire cutters incase you have to get a hook out of someone. These are a few things that don't take much space but can really come in handy .
