Default Toledo Bend gathering food list

Now for the best part. Like I mentioned before, maybe we ought to do something for our special guests coming from out of state. Louisiana style. I plan on bringing a big pot of crawfish etouffee for Friday evening. I'll need someone to bring a large rice cooker (with rice) because mine is too small. Saturday I'll bring a gallon zip-lock of fillets along with a few pounds of alligator for frying. If I recall, we had 2 - 3 fryers going Saturday evening, so I'll bring mine along again as well. Ann will make a crappie.com cake.

The pavilion/lodge is large with plenty of tables and chairs as some of you guys know. It also has a large stove/oven, large frig, microwave, etc. It is isolated off the campground with plenty of parking. I'll have the banner same as last time, along with the signs pointing the way. It will be open all day Friday and Saturday if you guys need put things in there. Let Ann know if you want something plugged in at a certain time like last time. And, away we go:

Tracker (Randy and Ann): Crawfish etouffee, gallon fillets, alligator, fryer with oil, bowls, eating utensils, crappie.com cake.
Fishervet (Tal+): Strawberry birthday cake for G, paper plates, paper towels.
dpisani (Danny and Mae): Famous Zwolle, LA tamales (Franks), 4 pies.

Does anyone have a head count?
Would 100-200 paper platters, 100-200 plastic cups plus plastic forks & spoons cover us for 3 days plus several cases of bottled water? Open to suggestions.
Anyone already listing these items maybe should cut back a little and let those traveling long distances that would have problems carrying food items. Of course
carrying 50 lbs of taters and a peeler can be arranged too. Fried taters in fish oil helps clean up the oil and don't hurt the taste of the taters. Still open to suggestions.

French fries sounds good, or hush puppies. We'll also need condiments, aluminum foil, large trash bags, large disposable baking pans for the fried goods. Bring whatever you want. Thanks.
