    Shadow,

Are you planning on breading and frying all the shrimp?

Ann decided that we (her) needed more vegies for Saturday evening, so she is preparing green bean casserole and egg plant casserole as well that evening.

Tracker (Randy and Ann): Crawfish etouffee, gallon fillets, alligator and tempura mix, fryer, bowls, ketchup, malt vinegar, cup cakes for Saturday, etc.
Fishervet (Tal and Zack): Strawberry birthday cake for G, paper plates, paper towels.
dpisani (Danny and Mae): Famous Zwolle, LA tamales (Franks), 2 pies, brownies, pot for cooking rice as well as the rice, mustard, Tony's, fish fry.
shadow (Dwayne+): LA shrimp (caught himself), desserts.
RetiredRR (2): Tators for French fries, plates, cups, forks, 55 gal trash bags, fillets just in case.
thunter (5): Shrimp creole, rice, crackers, burner for frying.
Skiptomylu (Skip and Martha): Shrimp étouffée, gallon each of sweet and unsweet tea.
Ceegee (Chris): Lasagna and a chilled vegetable dish, two key lime pies.
prefers shiners (Bruce and Didi): Sausage jambalaya, the much sought after pumpkin bread, cole slaw (Ann loves that stuff).
PawPaw Gene (Gene and Linda): Chicken and sausage gumbo, boudin balls.
Deacon: Seafood stuffed bread, oysters for frying on Saturday.
Jigman09 (Steve): Frying oil, baked beans, hush puppies, carrot cake, foil.
    Southstadiumtiger (2): T-boys boudin
    Freebird (David): Coconut pies!!!!
Prowler (1+): Tony's, tarter sauce, more fresh shrimp.
Southern Chuter (1): Table clothes, chips, salsa.

Like I said before, the lodge will be open all day Friday and Saturday. We will have hot coffee available (as well as cream and sugar). There will also be 16 oz. cups available with sip lids for you guys who want to take one to go.

You would not believe this Randy, but I bought stuff for greenbean casserole also and was planning on making my version of machshu corn, because Mae and I also said we needed some vegetables. I'll make the corn. You will want the recipe I promise. Also looking at it, cancel the brownies. We have 2 cakes and 6 pies, plus Bruce's pumkin bread. That's enough deserts. Danny

Prowler, we pass the shrimp though an egg wash and then slap some flour on them and fry them up! Yes I am only planning on frying the shrimp if that was your question. You can cook some another way if you would like.

I bet they will be good no matter how y'all cook em. Don't get fresh shrimp very often. My mouth is watering just thinking about them.

No i don't plan on upsetting the apple cart, just was not sure how you like to cook em. I will deliver a goodly amount of peeled shrimp to you then.

I wouldn't hurt, that's for sure. Looks like a pretty good sized crowd. Thanks, I appreciate it.
