Randy I'm bringing a gallon jug of fish fry mix(1/2 Louisiana brand/1/2 zatarains. Better than either one by themselves.) and 3.5 gallons of oil. Will also bring mustard and Tony's for dredging the fish before frying. We still need someone to bring Ketchup. Skip is bringing tea, but everyone can bring their own drinks. Buster was bringing the fish fry, but I already have it. I don't have a big coffee pot like Buster's, so I'll just bring myself more beer. Also I will only be bringing 2 pecan pies and a double batch of fudge/walnut brownies instead of 4 pies.

Excellent Danny, thanks. I'll supply the ketchup as well as some tempura batter mix and malt vinegar for the alligator to be fried up Saturday evening. Fried alligator with tempura coating splashed with malt vinegar is superb (something different for the folks). The lodge has a coffee pot in which Ann will tend to for everyone. The lodge will be open all day Friday and Saturday.

Tracker (Randy and Ann): Crawfish etouffee, gallon fillets, alligator and tempura mix, fryer, bowls, ketchup, malt vinegar, crappie.com cake.
Fishervet (Tal+): Strawberry birthday cake for G, paper plates, paper towels.
dpisani (Danny and Mae): Famous Zwolle, LA tamales (Franks), 2 pies, brownies, pot for cooking rice as well as the rice, mustard, 3.5 gal oil, Tony's Thanks.

PawPaw Gene (Gene and Linda): Chicken and sausage gumbo, boudin balls.

I'll also have the banner and signs that we had last year as well as special treats for our out of state guests and door prizes.

I have a bag of fillets I'll bring to add to the fish fry, just in case. A mix of small mouth, crappie and red eye.

Thanks. What is red eye? If that is some sort of gasper goo, drum, bowfin, etc. you might want to let us know. There are some folks here that would tear that up. Thanks for posting, it will be a pleasure to meet you.

I'm betting they are small spotted bass or goggle eye's. Man we gonna be able to open up a seafood restaurant Friday night. And if you don't mind I may sprinkle some of that malt vinegar on my fish, like I used to do eating fish and chips in Europe.
