That hot topic was started by me regretfully ...managing fisheries is like predicting where a hurricane will land...next to impossible...to many possibilities and unforeseen variables...although i think from the last regulations i have read is that Toledo Bend has adopted a 25 fish limit on both Texas and La side...although i am not certain if it really is law..discussing fishing regulations is like politics...no one will ever agree...so for me i do as my father taught me...keep what ya need let the rest go...treat your lake/river/bayou as if its your backyard fishery...if you feel the need to keep them all or let them all go, then that's what you should do
