Reducing the limit in Tn when there is a social issue and not a crappie population issue is not the corect thing to do. Let the reciprocal agreement exist for the bass folks to cross over, but make the KY folks buy a non-resident and a non resident boat registration and that will cut 75% out right there. Why punish TN folks, we are the ones paying the fees.
