i just got back from dale, fish have not spawned yet and water is 70 degrees, hey cp, with high water fronts and lake turnover can they just not do their thing? i have talked to dennis bowers often the last couple of weeks and he would know if they were spawning, he said the few fish he caught middle of last week had very imature eggs, i caught a gill that was busting with eggs, we searched high and low and ended up with 8 crappies with only one real dark male black nose keeper, everybody i spoke to even the people that were fishin for smallies were crying the blues.
