I could say get Terrova but having gone through it I understand that's not a option for everyone. Being kinda cheap and figuring I can figure out a solution to most problems I would try to find a prop off a smaller thrust motor that would inter change with yours. It might not look exactly like yours but most have same size shaft lock pin recess on back of prop. You just want to make sure it won't bind up. If you decide to modify a prop I would suggest watching some YouTube videos on balancing a lawnmower blade. Same principals are going to apply to balancing your prop. If you find a good solution please let us know because lotta guys are in the same situation.
