Day before Thanksgiving on Barren.

Today I spent the day out spider rigging with my son on Barren. What a great day God chose to bless us with. We were on the channel just off the state ramp and zig-zagged our way back and forth from 12' to 28' with our bait running from 10'-12' deep (minnows). We followed the channel and managed to boat 30 keepers and threw back many more. I'm so thankful that my kids went fishing with me when they were young and today they chose to fish with me over.......well you know. Thank you again God!

It was a great day. A friend & I also went. Ended up with a good mess which will be cooked Friday night.
