The water was alittle stained as the river was on the rise. The hydro is in phase 2 of the project and they are blasting now, the bouys or some are still in the same place as last year. The fishing access is in the same place, so that means we cant get legally to the good fishing on the ky side from boat or on land. So what pool do you fish in the ky river, I usually fish pool 2.
