Thing Are Look'n Up

It's get'n ready ta get good boys! Beat'um up bad yesterday. That's all I'll say.

12' deep in 14' of water. Had several over 2#. All white except for 2 big black fem. Vertical Jig'n with Bobby Garland Baby shad in Outlaw Moglow & Electric Chicken. Hit'n HARD but had to hold it in front of them for a while. Look for brush coming up high in the water colume.

Good Luck. Go'n again tomorrow. Gotta get my buddy outa the shop!

Dang wiskers we missed it by a week or so. Go figure. Anyway, if you are interested in headin up hear to Illinois give me a call. Could hit the white bass this summer. Got a great lake for it up here. Take care my southern buddy.

good job Wiskers!....enjoyed meeting you at the gas station other day...fished today in back of jonathan.....8 small fish only one that would keep....all in stake beds 8-10 feet deep....no pigs, but graphed tons of fish suspended close to channel banks..they had lock jaw.............it was tough

I think the next 2 weeks is gonna be killer, if the weather holds out half way decent. These fish yesterday were motivated when they hit.

That water temp climbs back up in the mid 50's it's ON!

In response to Lykins...seen the same thing you were seeing today. River channel stacked up. And I agree with you Wiskers...if the weather stays right, should be there for the takn.

Not to discourage ya but I think a lot of the fish we are see'n are Big Head Carp. I had 1 darn near get in the boat with me day before yesterday.

I wished you had said the next 3 weeks they wil be on. We will be there the 16th-23rd staying at Wildcat Creek. Save some for us!

hope you catch a bunch whiskers.....it's early yet but looks like i will have good temp for the 7th thru the 10th...just hope there is still some left!!
