Ky. Lake Going to Winter Pool

I got this email from TVA yesterday.

The latest forecast calls for Kentucky to fluctuate between 358.0 and 358.5 for the next week or more. However, conditions are always changing and the decision could be made to go lower if necessary.

Evidently they are having a hard time on there predictions. They are still going to drop it after April 1st. Seen it happen before.I am glad the water is still too cold to spawn.:rolleyes:

Buddy they have no idea what's gonna happen .TVA wants to be at 355' by the end of next week week but the corp has the lake right now. They said they were gonna hang round 357.5 monday but the darn lake is still droping. I give up.

It's like where I work. They tell you one thing and turn right around and do the opposite. I know the water level is hard to predict but they are really way off this time. I am with you on guessing what is going to happen. Just got to hang in there and figure out the pattern. They call it Kentucky Lake but it fishes more like a river sometimes. Go Cats!!
