Guys, I'm sorry but there's been no fouls committed here. We can all nit-pick each other to death on this, the jig purists blame the the minnow dippers, the walleye guys blame the bass boys and so on. The simple truth be known, it needs to be taken out of KDWP's hands and laws like California has done to stop the spread (thats LAWS). We need to go to the seal system, and it's going to double if not triple the costs of various permits/licenses. That will entail gatekeepers with wash down systems, no early-bird specials, night fishing will probably suffer most, along with other things my fat fingers don't want to type. So keep bitchun' and blaming, it doesn't help a dang thing. I've seen bigger wastes lately of natural resources, go look at all the dead fish in Milfords outlet, you could fill a couple semi's with the walleye alone. Where's the Nebraskans when you need them. BEWARE it's going to be even more expensive than now, this is a freakin' mess, whose gonna clean it up? Or pay for it to be done- YOU are!!
