Might try some of these weight stops by 6the sense. Work great. Use whatever size weight you want and put one of these stops on bottom of weight and one on top. Could even hold split shot if you like.



I use these though. Come in various sizes from real small to big. Palomar knot tied on top to main line and then another palomar knot on bottom of it with line to a jig. Never have problems.
