Sure, the hardest part would be getting someone to modify their mold to take the 2nd hook though.

What kind of mold would I need and how are you talking about modifying?

You would need a Do-It mold in whatever head style you want and then a high speed dremel to cut room in the aluminium mold for the lower hook with the eye inside the lead body.
