Tying the hair tails will be like anything else you do, the more you do it the better you will become at it.

When fishing inline spinners, I use the Roostertail brand that has the hair in front of the treble tied to the spinner shaft just above the loop for the hook. You may want to buy one and look at it, or maybe even dissect it (unwind the thread holding the hair) and see how they do it.

The Roostertail brand spinners are very effective and I've caught 1,000's of fish on them. Mepps brand are similar but have the hair tied to the hook instead of the wire, they're also twice the price of the Roostertail and much less effective for me.
