I want to make some spinners for trout fishing, the only real problem that I am having is getting a tail of either fur or feather on above the hook. How do you hold it in place so that when you tie it on it stays nice and even with the treble hook? ANY advice on making the lures is welcome, but especially the adding of the tails.
